Tony Lux emailed me an estimate based on the measurements. I had a little extra footage that exceeded the $499 Angie's List offer. A few days letter, the 2 man install crew arrived and promptly went to work. They finished quickly and left no mess behind. I called Tony to settle my account ($39) and he told me to be sure and check the gutters for leaks or other issues. If I found any problems, they would come back and fix as part of the initial service. I highly recommend this company and look forward to contacting them again for future reno needs."

"Rob and his crew installed a root barrier to protect the back of our house from foundation problems from a large oak tree.  They also added catch basins to existing drainage pipes as well as replacing some piping where needed.  Rob spent a generous amount of time taking a good look at our property, assessing what would work best and answering all of my questions. I was very pleased with the work done and with the people he has on his crew.

"Great job with estimate, responsiveness, quality of product.  What soured the work was the damage that was done to my gutters while installing the screens on the exterior upstairs windows.  They were professional enough to come out and look at the damage that was done, however they continued to blame the damage that was done to the gutters on the quality of the gutters and the way that they were installed on the house. They even questioned the age of the gutters.  They had just been installed brand new two months prior.   It was clear that there were deep indentations on the aluminum gutters where the ladder had been placed on it during the installation.  The came out and "repaired" the damages and banged out the dents, but it remains noticeable.  No discount on work done for the damage was offered nor did they offer to replace the gutters."

"The roof was completed as scheduled and the workmanship was excellent. The crew was very professional and courteous. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up the yard every day before they left for the day. The job superintendent or the crew leader was there on site for the entire job, which made communicating (In English) easy. I am very satisfied with the work and the personnel of Roof Services and would hire them again. The roof looks fabulous and my neighbors all love it."

"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."

"Eric was very professional and understood what we wanted. We had to change the schedule because we found some problems with the exterior that had to be addressed before it could be finished. Everything needed to be done before the end of June. So, the exterior was completed the first week of June. With us being on the schedule starting June.23rd to do the interior panting and the floors to be completed by June 27th. They neglected to put us on the schedule to have the floors done. But were able to find someone to work through the weekend and have the floors completed by Sunday, June 29th. We had to post pone our company arriving until Tuesday, July 1st so that the floors would be completely ready. We also had to put our furniture back before everyone arrived. 1 month after the exterior was competed, during the July 4th holiday, the exterior paint started peeling up. I texted Eric with a picture and spoke to him on July 8th. He was going to come by and take a look at it, but never got back with me. I also just texted him again on August 11th. We still haven't heard from him. I am disappointed that this issue has not been addressed. Until this issue is resolved, I can not recommend using them.
