After wasting all that time and money, they came back and told me the furnace actually needed to be replaced — and asked for another $5,500 to do it. In total, I ended up paying $10,000 just to replace one furnace, all because they couldn’t properly diagnose the problem from the start. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience.
