"I called around trying to get quotes and many companies wouldn't even tell me a price but AAA sewer & drain were up front about the price. They came out that day and were a little late getting here but only by about 20 minutes. But he got in and got it taken care of very quickly. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

One of the things that I liked most about All Star Building Corp, was the way that they took note of a little play pool in the back yard and my dogs. I noticed that they went out of there way to control the mess when removing my old roof. I know that all contractors in this line of work try to do this, but these guys took it to a new level, I had to stop in at the house a few times while they were working they did not know I was there, but I noticed that they were going out of their way to be sure that none of the old roof or nails fell in the back yard. Now I did not ask them to do this, don't even think that I said any thing about my dogs, that is what made me notice. They were just doing all they could to keep everything contained. When they were done my son and I did a very thorough inspection of the yard for the safety of the dogs and found no shingles or nails any where.
The fact is they did a great job on all the work they had to do and also cared enough to take the extra steps to not put my dogs at risk. This meant a lot to me.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
