I had a gas line crack in the laundry room that ran under concrete slab, with the crack too low to easily fix. They presented all the options I had to repair or re-line the pipes, offered creative solutions in how to run and avoid needing to put holes in walls throughout the house, that no other Company had suggested. Competitive pricing as well. They were able to get a tech out within days. Ben showed up promptly at 7AM and worked through the day to finish running the new gas line to the laundry room. Great clean-up, offered to connect the dryer and washer once he finished. The work was excellent and I can't say enough about the Company and Ben. I won't be reaching out to any other company for plumbing issues again."

"Per village code, a water heater must have solid gas pipe going into it. Mine had flexible pipe. Precision Plumbing sent Dan Collins to my home to perform the gas pipe repair. It looks good. While he was here, I asked him to replace the copper flexible pipe water lines to the water heater. My budget allowed for the gas line repair. Although the additional copper pipe repair exceeded my budget, I do feel that I got my money's worth. My water pressure has increased significantly. Good job Dan!"

"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! "Had a bad leak coming through my ceiling drywall so I cut out an area to see where it was leaking from. Service King called and immediately came out to check the problem. It was leaking from the upstairs bathtub drainpipe. We set up an appointment right away. They came out on time, extracted the old brass waste and overflow assembly for my upstairs tub in a couple of hours. They also found a leak in another water pipe above the ceiling and changed a leaking supply line for my toilet. Was very happy with the work done and would recommend them for any plumbing work to be done."
