Linda was thoughtful and thorough. She careful looked over everything and even brought a large, bright light since it was after dark. She took her time, answered all of our questions, and gave us advice on other concerns and things to watch out for as well as reassuring us about things we didn't need to worry about in this situation. Even though she was probably working past her normal work hours to squeeze us in, nothing felt rushed or hasty."

He charges $400 for an inspection and $650 if you want a written report. We were fine with just a verbal since there were no problems. Pricey for 20minutes worth of work, but we're glad for the piece of mind. Everything went smooth."

"Painting was not completed as desired. Many incomplete areas with paint splashes and spills on floor (the latter was cleaned up by their cleaning crew when I complained). Painter was let go and several others were asked to complete the work but none did a great job and still many areas not completed. I stopped the process and will finish it myself.
