"We needed to add a gas line for a new dual fuel kitchen stove as well as upgrading the existing electrical circuit. We schedule Estes to do the work on the day before the stove installer was scheduled so that we would not be without a stove for more than one day. Everything worked flawlessly and the work was done to specifications so that the stove installer had no problems. All work was completed on schedule at the quoted price."

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."
