I own a manufactured home (or as it is called now a mobile home). These homes usually have unique openings and require customized or special orders. John was extremely helpful and brought my vision of what I wanted into reality. He also provided some suggestions which proved to be extremely beneficial. He was quick and efficient with his work. John framed the space from floor to ceiling. John did framing, molding and trim, dry wall (in the space above the doors on both sides), sanded and painted. "Bob did a great job. Everything was nice and neat. Only small problem we had with him is the promise to be out to do the repair the following week, but heard nothing all week. We called him the following Monday and he explained that he had lost an employee and that he was very busy. Bob said he would be there on Friday in the afternoon. He did come late Friday afternoon and did the repair even continuing when it started raining. We are very pleased with Bob's Complete Construction."

"Our A/C stopped functioning. They removed dust and debris from the coils in the 'inside' unit. They also cleaned the drainage hose that took condensation out. Unfortunately, they missed an overflow tray which filled up a few days later, overflowing above the ceiling of our living room. It soaked the plaster. We are still getting bids to fix it, but the bids are hovering in the ~$500-$700 range. VanderHyde was apologetic and fixed the problem promptly when notified, but the damage had been done. I think it was an honest oversight. But that oversight doubled the cost of the repair. I would still use them again.
