"We had them descale our tankless water heater in June of 2023, it was $202. We just had them do it again (12/18/2025) and it was $400! I know prices have gone up in two years but doubling is a bit much."

"We want to highly praise Mike, our service man sent to us for our service contract checkup. He was most friendly asking how our unit was doing and then got busy checking it finding a part had to be replaced and changed our filters. Never in the past three years had a service man cleaned the outside unit and Mike did that."
