"Tim did an all-around professional job replacing our water heater. From the price he charged for his service to his courteous manner we could not have been more pleased."

"Price was ridiculous for work that was actually done - I will take the heat on this one as we did not do the initial request correctly. We should have gotten a better quote but we did not really know what was actually needed"

"Removed old hot water tank and replaced it with a tankless hot water heater. Work was done in crawl space with less than six feet height available in work area. All done in a few hours last September. It's now the following August (11 months or so later). Everything seems to be working okay. Workmen were polite, professional, timely, focused on the job, carried away all the old parts and cleaned up well---we were quite pleased with the whole process."

"Project: Replaced clogged sewer line Tim Campbell provided outstanding service and completed the replacement of the sewer line under extreme weather conditions in record time. Thanks for the great work."

"They recommended other services that would be needed in the future and tips to keep the water heater operational"

"Chris and his assistant today, Robert, were professional, courteous, and honest. I scheduled them to change out water supply lines on 5 toilets in our new home. Chris assured me that the lines installed were of high quality and did not need to be changed out. I have plans to install a water monitoring system and will definitely use Cape Fear (requesting Chris, of course) for the job. I highly recommend Chris and by association, Cape Fear!"

"Great service. They came in and assessed the issue and provided options for the replacement of our gaspack. The company was knowledgeable on each option and answered all of our questions. Prior to install we had a walkthrough to double check they had all the parts for the new gaspack, and completed the install of the new device in less time than anticipated the following day."

"Six men replaced all duct work. They were very professional. Also had a new water heater replaced."

"On Friday 11/9, Chris reviewed my project and indicated that some of the materials I purchased were incompatible with the existing plumbing. I exchanged those over the weekend. On Monday 11/12, Chris arrived on time and worked efficiently. He was very respectful of my home and considerate of my concerns. He answered all my questions. I will call on Chris again for any future projects."
