I was without AC for a week because my old AC's condenser coil had a leak in the aluminum part. My condenser was mismatched with my air handler/evaporator so the whole system needed to be replaced. These guys did a great job and cleaned up the work debris after."

"The above ducts had not been cleaned for over 20 years and were badly blocked.  Fairway not only completely cleared all vents and ducts, but they cleared and repaired a stuffed and burst exhaust duct from the drier, in the attic, at no extra cost.  Cleanup was meticulous:-In fact, when friends arrived that night, who knew Fairway was coming, they asked why they had not come!  The job was that clean and efficient."
