"Everything was excellent. The team identified the hole in our pool liner. On the day of replacing the liner, identified a potentially severe issue with the structure of the pool. Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. Once the new pool arrived, they constructed the pool and constructed new outline landscaping around the pool. We are now the envy of our neighbors who have all watched and gazed in amazement at our new backyard oasis. For all of your pool needs, this is who you need to contact ASAP."

"We are trying to find somebody to put a pool in. We called the one that Angie's List recommended and it is called Dig-M-Installers. I went to get the pool and the pool wasn't there. They didn't have the pool's parts. The other company is guaranteeing me that they will have it by the time Dig-M-Installers has scheduled the appointment. We got the quote from Dig-M-Installers. We got the paper work and everything from Dig-M-Installers. My wife got them from Angie's List. Their normal quote is 1029 dollars. I am getting a discount because it is before some date. I am getting it for 928. They are knocking off a 100 dollars. It was the only one on Angie's List and when we went on the phone book a lot of them sounded shaky. We took for granted that the one that Angie's List has was very good. The people that I came in contact with were very kind and very courteous. I saw an older man but to me they are all young as I am 70 years old. He was in his 40s and he was very nice. He was explaining to me how they would like to put it in, where they would like to put it, which would be the best situation where it won't cost me more money to have it done. They are very nice and clean. So far it is real good. They were very professional. Considering responsiveness, they were right back, right away. With this one man so far, it was very professional. I am waiting for them to install a pool and that is the next situation. I will know better once they install a pool."

"Kevin showed up an time.  He explained all that he would do for me and then he proceeded to efficiently clean the counter tops.  While doing so he answered all my questions and provided very useful tips for maintaining the counter tops and other tiled surfaces in between professional cleanings.  He was excellent and I have already scheduled another service  from him.  This time he'll clean and repair my downstairs bathroom shower tiles and grout lines.  His prices are excellent and so is the work.  A definite hire."

"Everything went very well and I did not have to clean up afterwards.  Also Sam & Sons has done 7 different jobs in our house, mostly electrical work.  All the work was done perfectly and these people are seasoned professionals who know what they are doing.  In one job we had to have a dedicated line for our microwave which was constantly blowing the fuse when in use.  A hole had to be cut in the basement family room ceiling and wires had to be run over to the fuse box.  Don't know how they did this work without making a mess, but after the work was done, we could not see where the hole was and of course the microwave has not gone out on us since."

"I think a fence looks its best when it's brand new, before it's stained.  I think the natural, clean wood color looks the best.  But, I knew to protect it, that it had to be sealed.  I had never worked with PowerWash Pros before, but found them via a web search and they appeared to be very professional.  I asked them if they could provide an estimate and Steve was the first company to respond and provide an estimate.  I am a big fan of timely responsiveness, so that got them points right away.  There is actually one company that still never responded, and it's two weeks later!!

He came just a few days later after I decided to go with them and did a great job.  He stained it in such a way that it still has its natural color but is protected from the elements.  He even did a great job protecting the plants up against the fence.  He actually misquoted me on the low end (was a miscalculation) but honored that lower price anyway.  

I would highly recommend them for your next job and I will certainly be using them for other home projects in the future.
