I went from having cold pipes/radiators, banging pipes/radiators, gurgling, half hot/half cold pipes, to a warm, cozy, and comfortable home. The technician listened, laughed and joked with me, making me feel relaxed with him being in my home. He then quickly went about his business, assessing, diagnosing, and eventually fixing my heating, banging, and gurgling radiators and pipes. Time spent in my home was less than an hour. I will undoubtedly use Plumbdogs LLC again if ever the need arises, and will definately recommend Plumbdogs LLC, to my friends, and then tell them to pass on the recommendation to their friends. "I can't say enough good things about this company.  I was not able to make the kitchen larger, but I wanted more cabinet space and counter,  Jeff had great ideas about how to accomplish this. He is very knowledgeable.  He designed  a new layout that included moving the sink from the corner to under the window.  This gave more useful counter space between the stove and sink.  He gave me great advice about quality cabinets,sink and granite counter top. The linoleum floor was replaced with porcelain tile.  Ugly florescent lighting was replaced with recessed lights and a fan.  The crew did a great job installing everything.  They are meticulous workers. I am very happy with the kitchen.  It's beautiful!  I highly recommend this company."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"I have a contract with them.  It took them quite a few times, but I think they finally fixed the problem that I had with my heating unit.  Everybody was polite and caring.  It took 5 or 6 visits for them to figure out what the problem was.  I think and hope so the issue is resolved.  My overall experience was very good.  The quality was okay."

I have told the people from Angie's list who have called.  I scheduled an appointment and unfortunately I thought it was for a different day and was not there when they came and never rescheduled.  I cannot review this vendor because I actually didn't use them.  They did come when they said they would though - I just had the days confused.
