Because I am recovering from a serious illness that prevents me from being able to walk or drive, Brison picked our new hot water heater up for us and unloaded it for the install. He did all of this without complaint, even though the heater weighed over 300 pounds. He muscled it across my yard, through 4 foot tall grass and weeds, to install it behind my house. "After using Home Advisor to request a plumber to repair a rusted and broken bathtub popup plug (which I couldn't remove and replace myself), I was contacted on a Sunday by Allens Plumbing to obtain information on the needed repair and the terms of their service ($50 fee if the technician drove out and we declined the estimated cost; otherwise, this fee is waived if the repair is done by Allen's). A next day appointment was scheduled and a dispatcher called prior to their arrival on Monday. The plumber spoke to my wife and evaluated the pop-up plug problem and provided an estimate on a replacement. He then went to the plumbing parts store and returned with the replacement part which he installed promptly. He also checked the bathtub drain patency since we hadn't used it in several years. "All of the projects that Stu and his crew from Pipeline Plumbing LLC worked on were finished well! M, 9/19 they cleared the washer sink clogged drain & replaced 2 old faucets (which were leaking). On F. 9/23 they replaced old, incorrect& corroded housings with dielectric ones and then had replaced @ a foot long pipe* that connected the pipes under the house with the main water line. *Right before they started their work on changing the housings, the pipe burst. We were lucky to have the team here! They knew exactly what to do and immediately jumped into action. "had to check a blockage in a drain -- they didn't find anything (for a dishwasher) so I called in the dishwasher appliance repair person -- and they found a blockage in the drain -- ?? Had the plumber do some other minor repairs and checks while he was here and he did a good job. Pricing is good and he was professional and knowledgeable. Would probably use them again -- very nice. But the fact that he didn't find the blockage troubles me a bit."

"Kyle has done truly fantastic work for us in a very reasonable amount of time. Our church decided to renovate our church cottage and convert it from a Sunday school house into a parsonage for our pastor to live. Our cottage had no bathrooms or bedrooms and was a large open space. With Kyle's help and input we were able to draw up blueprints to convert the space into a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a new kitchen, utility room, and living room. We had several ideas and he helped us refine them and told us when we were on the right path or when it was unrealistic. Within a month we were able to have a viable plan to begin construction and our pastor was able to move in after three months of work. This included reorganizing walls, running electric/water, floors, installing closets, new kitchen cabinets/appliances, a water heater, washer/dryer hookups, new windows, doors, and termite damage repair. He was flexible when we needed to bring in separate crews to do fumigation, A/C units, and roof repairs. He worked with the other contractors to make sure they had what they needed (delaying drywall for a week and finding other projects to do so the A/C crew could run cords inside the wall; running exhausts a week earlier than planned so the roofers could single around them...etc).
