"Mr Blue was very quick to respond to my request. He provided a solid quote to me after I sent him a picture of the water heater info. The replacement was scheduled within two days. My tenant wasn t available the next day. It was late in the evening on the initial date of contact. He showed up promptly at the time he said he would. He did the install and cleaned up the work area.
