"I originally was hiring Harrop and Son for framing work but learned that he did other home improvements so also hire him to complete vinyl siding including trim work on a very old home that I recently purchased. Tom and his crew's work was so good that I hire him to remodel the kitchen, again his work was very good. He completed other work, baseboard, installing doors and windows, repairing the roof, installing sheetrock. All work was completed in a timely manner and very professional at a fair price. "Everything went perfect from start to finish.  Mario was very professional and worked like he was painting his own house. He does meticulous, detailed work.  All his recommendations were excellent.  He suggested using a different brand of paint than what I've used in the past, and the results were remarkable.  He also helped me with color schemes from room to room with the same excellent results.  When he gives you an estimate and tells you what he will do, you can be sure that will be the price and he will probably do little extras here and there to make sure the job is done right.
    On a personal note, the house he painted was my Parents. My Mother had to leave in January and now I'm in the process of fixing it up.  I told Mario that my Dad was a carpenter and built the house in 1950. Even though I won't have the house much longer, I told Mario I wasn't cutting corners and wanted it to be the way it was when my Father built it.  I'm sure my Father would be happy if he was around to see the results of Mario's work.
   Now I am dealing with Ceramic tile contractors and Hardwood floor refinishers.   All I can say about them is I wish Mario installed ceramic tile and refinished floors.

They actually hung some paintings for us because we have like a two-story wall.  We live in a raised ranch, so there?s a big wall that goes from the ground level up to the ceiling of the first floor, along the stairwell, and I wanted a painting hung up at the top of that wall.  And so I called Tom and said well who do you know that can do this and he said well we do that.  I said okay.  So he sent a couple of guys out, not only did they hang the painting, they re-hung paintings that were kind of crooked.  They just took care of hanging things that required going up a ladder, like a two floor ladder, a two-story ladder.  What they did was up a scaffolding and just did it that way, which is not something that a homeowner can do.  I just keep going back to LOPCO for everything.

"It had been nearly 20 years since the interior of my very old house had been painted, so there was a lot of prep work to do to repair cracks and such. William spent a lot of time doing this and it shows in the final result which is excellent. He is very good about showing up on time and communicating about scheduling etc.  He takes a lot of pride in his work and pays careful attention to detail. In addition he is a genuinely nice guy, someone I did not mind having in my home for the couple of weeks this work took to complete. Highly recommended.
