"We needed to get a new water heater to replace ours due to our warranty being 6 years and we were on the 7th year. We checked Lowe's, Home Depot, and some other plumber's prices. The tanks are affordable but the installation fees were ridiculous. I submitted a request on home advisor and JMB Plumbing was recommended. Jim (owner) contacted me immediately and met with us the same day. He was very friendly, honest, and professional. He quoted a very fair price for the tank and installation. The next day he came back with the tank and installed it. Didn't take much time at all and left the area spotless. We are so happy we found JMB Plumbing and scheduled Jim to come back next week for another job we have been holding off on. We have had a few plumber's in the past few years and prices/quotes are outrageous. My husband and I are very pleased and proud to say, we finally have a plumber!! Hopefully we will not need one often, but when we do, we will call Jim."

When piping was not needed for a section of the wall, Jeff not only reimbursed me for the piping, he also reimbursed me for labor, which had been estimated in the total bill. "All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

"I had a furnace replaced and a on-demand water heating system installed. They were prompt and able to schedule the job quickly and the install took two days (one day for the furnace and a second day for the on-demand hot water system). They did a great job on the install. There was some confusion on the free installation of a thermostat and took several calls afterwards to get it put in. My one grip is they left the old units in the basement after stating they would be back to pick these up as there was no room in the service van to do so. After several calls they stated they outsource this to a third party and that this third party would contact me, but they never have. Will update the review once the old units are removed."
