"Initial estimate was 5-8 days, but we were going in blind because the siding was not yet removed. After removal, we discovered all the remaining issues. The estimate went up as we made change orders but all the estimates were reasonable. The time eventually extended to about 3 weeks but the amount of work was definitely high. The guys made sure to clean up the rubble and messes they made every day. While having the paint stripper in the front was inconvenient, Pat stayed late to clean up and make sure we were able to get in and out of the house no problem. The pointing job looked great, and all cracked and broken bricks were repaired well. We have gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors about how much better the house looks now. Pat and Ryan are great masons and will do everything relating to masonry and stone. They are very straightforward about not doing carpentry or electrical systems, so if that's a part of the job, they can either recommend someone to help out, or you should make sure to handle it yourself. Communication with Pat is very fast and very clear. He will explain the details of the job to you very carefully, and will also provide careful records of invoices and payments. They are also very accommodating of various needs like access to the house, neighborhood requirements, etc."

"Bob, fought the weather for a few days getting here but when he got here this AM things went smooth.  He called at 0730 to say he would arrive with in an hour and did so..   He and his helper got right to it.  Setting up and then prepping the area for the needed repair.   Removing  the blocks that needed to be removed, cleaning them up for re-install.   Prepped  and replaced the foundation that was non-existent from a previous repair it looked to be.   Re-mortared and replaced our stone veneer.   Matching previous mortar to color as close as he could.  When the repair was done...the clean up was quick and thorough.  We will be talking to Bob in the fall about a new patio to replace the old worn down concrete one.   l.

"John did an incredible job installing porcelain tile floor in our main floor half bathroom and the entry way to our house. He arrived on time for the estimate, measured everything, and suggested a diamond pattern for the entry way to the house, which nobody else suggested. He sent an estimate quickly, which was the best out of all the estimates that we received. The installation took 2 days (during a snowstorm) and he was on time both days. He took the toilet out, removed the existing flooring in both areas, laid the backer and tile, grouted, and cleaned up each day. The work is amazing, especially the diamond pattern in the entry way that he suggested. We've received so many compliments on both rooms. What sets John apart from most contractors that we've used in the past is he clearly genuinely cares about and takes pride in his work, which is not that common. We would absolutely recommend John and hope to have in come in for another job soon.
