"Outstanding. We had been stood up by two other AC business and I was very so I looked at Angie's List and found Automatic Climate Heating & Air Conditioning. I called and phone was immedtately by the service tech. I told him my problem and he asked how soon would I need a technician to which I replied as soon as possible. He then said he could have someone to us between 11:00 AM and 1:00PM which I said that would be perfect. Told me he would have the tech call when he was on the way. Received a phone call from Matt, the technician about noon to say he would arrive in 20-30 minutes. Matt pulled up at 12:25 PM and after introductions he asked where he could start Showed him to our attic where the upstairs unit was located. Matt came downstairs about 45-50 minutes with one big question which was..."When was the last time we had the units serviced, Our reply was 2002 to which answered many questions." He show us pictures he had taken of some problems (one or two major one and a few minor ones. My wife asked about a service agreement and the cost. Matt explained the types that they offered and that if we took an agreement today, we could exercise the Spring Service so we said we would do it. after a total of 51/2 hours we had air conditioning up and downstairs. My wife and I were very pleased with MATT, He is very knowledgeable concerning his work even on old units that were probably over 38 years old. We were so impressed we asked if we could ask for him if when we needed our fall servicing. He said many of his customers did the same also. We are very impressed with Automatic Climate Heating & Air Conditioning. A very outstanding organization that believes in customer satisfaction and having employees that put their customers first. "After careful consideration we chose Classic Granite & Marble to install our quartz countertops, under mount stainless steel sink and Kohler faucet. I am happy to say that we are completely satisfied. The two installers (Alfredo & Helder) were professional and courteous. I was not at home but I was able to communicate and watch the installation process via my Ring camera. The (CADCAM) measuring and cutting of the quartz was exact and we don't have any gaps between the countertop, stove and refrigerator. There is one seam which is located at the midway point of the sink that is hardly noticeable. The other side is which includes the backsplash is hidden by the touchless faucet (which looks like a work of art). Last but certainly not least, our salesman (Andrew Boone) arrived at our home and he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He addressed our concerns and searched the internet for pictures of kitchens that showcased our countertop selection (Pietra). Andrew took preliminary measurements in order to give us the cost for our project. However, he did inform us that the cost might change if the final measurements indicated that we would need more quartz. Immediately, I thought that this was their way of getting more money out of us but that did not happen. Finally, we are very happy with our experience and we highly recommend them. Brian & Sabrina"

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."
