"I learned that you have to have specifics in writing, no hearsay. Had my deck rebuilt. Good work, siding/ roof replaced. After several months, I noticed the siding was showing signs of wear where the nails were seeded. I called several times and even sent pics to show the discoloration. I was told they would return to correct, and it has been 2 years. I have gone by the office several times, called many times, and no response... I would like a phone call to have my issue corrected. Also, I have had several professional tell me they, Custom exterior, should have sealed the siding areas with sealant, which prevents insects, moisture from entering the frame. They did not use sealant... Overall good work, but a few areas of concern."

"Darrell called the day before the appointment to confirm. He and his crew arrived on time on the day appointed. They replaced the sub-floor and installed new laminated flooring on top, re-installed the toilet and vanity, installed a baseboard which we did not have before. The result was a beautiful bathroom better than when the house was built. Each time I walk past the bathroom, I am in awe as to how beautiful it looks and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely call Darrell when I have other work to be done."

"They were very good in it.  The owner is very meticulous in describing what he does.  He draws up a clear written contract, that this will be covered, so that you can go into it to know what’s going to happen, know what the time frame is and he keeps a close watch on his crew.  He crew has all been with him for a number of years and work very well together, keeping good communication.  They also did some brick paving work in the garage, which they completed within the 4 day period.  Considering the fact, that most of the people I called, didn’t get back to me or showed up and advised to be there, but I found his work reasonable.  I will call them back, in future."
