"The owner contacted me and checked my unit the same day even though it was Saturday afternoon. They replaced the unit Monday. The unit works great and I appreciate the fast installation during a period of severe summer heat. The only complaint I have is the inconsistent wearing of masks by the workers. I am 70 and have cancer. I am in both high-risk groups and I saw two or three of the workers several times not wearing their masks when I was not close. I know it was a day with a heat index of 108 degrees but they were in my house and garage. I was worried for a week after the install that I might get Covid-19."
