They went above and beyond what I would ever expect in figuring out where the drains were blocked and clearing them. Let's just say that not every outfit would work for 2 hours late on a Saturday and then the owner drive 30 minutes with more equipment, get on the roof in dark and ice, and snake thru the roof vent! I later learned that Mike is a former fire fighter who is, apparently, fearless with ladders and heights, dark and ice. Just call Sludgebusters if you need the best!"

They were very friendly but their price is just a little too high for me. Overall I would rate them an 'A' if Angie's List had an 'A' plus, I would give an 'A' plus. They did a wonderful job. They actually did a diagram with everything, with all the measurements, it was wonderful. The guy was friendly and like I said the only thing was the price."
