Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. "They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."

"Bob was a few minutes late, but since there was a traffic event I didn't hold that against him. He communicated with me by email and by phone prior to the install.  He removed an old over range Microwave oven and installed a new one for me.  He ran into a bit of trouble with the removal, but quickly solved the problem and got the new one up and running pretty quickly.  He was done within the hour and things have worked perfectly ever since.  I asked him some questions about my sink's lack of pressure and the icemaker in my fridge that doesn't work.  He recommended some things and suggested I call him back when I was ready to deal with them.  I am finding a new fixture and working on finding an ice maker.  I'll call him back when I am ready for hiim to install them. James arrived on time and ready to work.  He came in and told me exactly what he was going to do.  He cleaned out the tub and then put in some kind of cleaner and then taped up the bathroom including enclosing the door with a zipper so he could run a vacuum out the window for exhaust. He took his time and was a very pleasant man to work with.  He explained everything he was doing and wanted to know if I had any questions.  It took about 5 hours but he left with it very clean and beautiful.  The bathroom looks so nice we had to go out and buy all new plumbing because the old just did not look good. I would recommend this company (James) to anyone who needs work on their bathroom.  They do a great job and it was well worth the money.

"I contacted Reliable Handyman Services and explained that I needed to have my old microwave removed and install a new one.
Told CW that a friend and I tried to remove the microwave ourselves but had a problem getting it to release
from the space.  CW said that he could come over that same afternoon to do the job.  He knew that on some
of the older microwave's that there was two extra hidden screws to be removed.  After he removed them the
microwave came out easily then he had to drill some new holes for the new installation.  Easey for him, hard
for me.
CW was very professional and friendly throughout the process and I will certainly use Reliable Handyman in
the future.
