"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. "Bob was a few minutes late, but since there was a traffic event I didn't hold that against him. He communicated with me by email and by phone prior to the install.  He removed an old over range Microwave oven and installed a new one for me.  He ran into a bit of trouble with the removal, but quickly solved the problem and got the new one up and running pretty quickly.  He was done within the hour and things have worked perfectly ever since.  I asked him some questions about my sink's lack of pressure and the icemaker in my fridge that doesn't work.  He recommended some things and suggested I call him back when I was ready to deal with them.  I am finding a new fixture and working on finding an ice maker.  I'll call him back when I am ready for hiim to install them. He does excellent work, and I will have him back to do more.  Count on it. "

His worker arrived on schedule and did a great job refinishing two bathtub surrounds including one with a fist hole in it and both with screw holes from glass doors. They were extremely dirty (this was a rehab property) and they now look like new. This was much more cost effective than replacing them and I think they look better than new."

"I contacted Reliable Handyman Services and explained that I needed to have my old microwave removed and install a new one.
Told CW that a friend and I tried to remove the microwave ourselves but had a problem getting it to release
from the space.  CW said that he could come over that same afternoon to do the job.  He knew that on some
of the older microwave's that there was two extra hidden screws to be removed.  After he removed them the
microwave came out easily then he had to drill some new holes for the new installation.  Easey for him, hard
for me.
CW was very professional and friendly throughout the process and I will certainly use Reliable Handyman in
