"From start to finish, City Suburb was on time, professional, and diligent. They had to remove concrete pavement on one side of our house, dig down to create a trench for the 40 foot length, found a part of the outer foundation wall missing (surprise!), which they installed to repair it, put in the waterproof barrier, filled in the trench, and put new concrete pavement the entire length of that side of the house. They did the job in four days, even working on Sunday to finish up. Then they clean up all the debris and washed down the driveway. We are very satisfied with their work and would recommend them."

"Rahat Construction has completed many exceptional home repairs on our 3-story brick building over the last decade. Most recently, Kazi repaired a leak in our roof, corrected the pitch of the roof, replaced the drain and drain pipe, re-flashed all seams on our roof, and coated it with a silicone roof sealant. In addition, Kazi repaired the ceiling of the top floor apartment, installed a new roof hatch, resealed all the windows on the back of the house, repaired some crumbling pointing, and scraped and repainted our fire escape. In the past, he's repoured the cement floor in our boiler room, replaced the ceiling in the basement, and more. He does fantastic work, exceeding my expectations in all cases and, importantly, always completes the work in a timely manner. "We had brick work done. We had some masonry work done and his name is Mohammed and the name of the business is Salient Construction Incorporated. He did a good job. He left some debris in our gutters and that was the only complaint I had. He was timely. I will use them again in the future as the back wall needs thorough sealing. I have already spoken about it but it is probably going to be another year before I need it and that is not his problem. I don't think I need it just yet but when I do that I am going to probably call him to do it."

"Mr. Torres was great with all the work we had done. We went to his office where we picked out the color stones for our brick steps and paver walkways. He was extremely helpful with suggestions and patterns. In the middle of the job I asked for an estimate for the side of our house for a walkway and he was able to do that as well as the initial work. The price was very fair and we were very happy with it, we had another estimate for the work and it was astronomical. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be going back to him for future work."

"Martinez Brick came the following day to inspect my “3 sidewalk squares” for replacement. He told me the 4th one should also be replaced, as it was elevated. He gave me a price for 4 squares that was less than a competitors price for 3. Then he said that he would cut $400 off if I could do it “this Saturday”, a date at his convenience because he had a job close by. I said “great!” It rained Saturday and he couldn’t pour cement in the rain. He said “I’ll be there Tuesday”, and I’m honoring the discounted price. Okay. Monday night he called and said he will come Wednesday for sure because he doesn’t want his workers pouring cement in 98 degree heat! I like a boss who cares about his employees. He came on Wednesday and did a PERFECT job!"
