Get matched with top clothes washer or dryer repair or service pros in Howard, OH

"It went great, this is a unique service, for DIY-ers. My electric dryer wouldn’t heat, so I went on line and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. I also watched several how to videos, but none of them matched my dryer. Finally went on Angie’s list and it matched me up with Tin Lizzee which is a chat service to help you through your repair. The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

"Tom, the owner and service person (in this instance) did a very timely pair of visits to help us accomplish all the needs mentioned about. The work was of high quality and performed efficiently and exactly when needed. Needless to say, the work was of such high quality that no follow up has been required to take care of leaks or other problems."

"Techncian was professional. Impressive and thorough knowledge of my washer. Great attitude. I was able to wash clothes again while awaiting the part I ordered. 5 star service"

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"Overall I was not impressed with the quality of the work. I wish I had just made the nail pop repairs myself. The gentleman was friendly, professional, and easy to be around. He did leave 20 minutes early without asking if I was satisfied or needing anything else. This I only mention because the company charges 185.00 for a 2 hour block (166 was the Angie's list discount)."

"My service was excellent. The repair man was very honest and helpful. The service cost was very reasonable."

"I was pleasantly surprised when Paul and his associate provided me with much needed same day service on a Sunday right before a holiday. He was punctual, professional, courteous and very friendly. He did not cut any corners and provided top quality service to the point of thoroughly inspecting my appliance and ridding it of any safety hazards (excess lint, etc...). He even helped with troubleshooting some dryer vent concerns I had. I was truly impressed with his work ethic and genuine concern for the customer. I would strongly recommend him to anyone and will definitely keep him on the top of my list for any future service needs!"

"They repaired the ice maker. They did that with no problem. They were also supposed to repair the dryer. It was to much and the repair did not happen. I had a real problem with trying to get that resolved. I currently have their service as a home warranty. They had two different companies come out and one was never resolved and the other was completed the day they came out. The area was left clean,"

"Grade A came out right away and fixed my dryer issue. The technician was super helpful, friendly, and most importantly, he was honest and got the job done right. Highly recommended."
