I now have a third company putting in foundation piers. This third company has shown me voids where Crossroads failed to poly lift the foundation. Thus, they did not fulfill the work contract. I am considering legal action against Crossroads."

This company showed up when they were suppose to and completed the work on my basement in a timely matter. I called 811 and was informed that Groundworks put in the request the day before. I have a dog with a doggie door. My gate was left undone. All I got was another sorry, it was a mistake. Watch out using this company."
