"The equipment was delivered promptly, and the installers arrived shortly after. Chris Hardin and Anthony were the installers. They were very experienced, well trained, knowledgeable, and did top quality work. Both were polite, personable, and treated me with respect. I tend to be a perfectionist and must say if I would have had the skills to do this job myself, I could not have done any better. I have never seen such good quality for any heating and air conditioner replacement in other homes I have owned. In addition to replacing the furnace and air conditioner units, some other items that were replaced were: suction and liquid lines, the exterior breaker box, condenser pad, furnace vent, insert in the vent going up the chimney, and the condensation pump and hose. The old furnace was situated such that there was not much room to change the air filter and perform maintenance. The new furnace was repositioned to eliminate that problem. This involved rerouting the electrical cable to the furnace switch and partially extending the gas line. My previous coil was never a tight fit over the furnace and therefore, cool and warm air escaped. Special care was taken to tightly mount the new coil and thoroughly seal it with silicone. Some insulation was even used around ducts nearby. All the old equipment, including the condenser pad, was hauled away. The work area was cleaned up well after completion."

"The project went exceedingly well. We had 5 lights installed, 3 outside and 2 inside. The dining room light fixture was a custom installation which Ron did an exemplary job on. We also had a Transfer Switch installed for 10 circuits for when we have a power outage. We went with a portable generator set up, rather than a dedicated generator. A portable generator provides more flexibility on the farm. The Transfer Switch installation is pretty unobtrusive and works well for us. All in all, a very good experience for us and we would certainly hire Ron and Angela again for any electrical work."

"Well, the system is great! It took a while to get the system installed due to paper work for grant and bank loan. Finally got system up and running on 10/5/16.  The system provides complete energy for our house and business. And we don't have to pay the electric company, in fact they will be paying us for any overflow production. 

If your are interested is installing, you better hurry because the demand is increasing dramatically and the waiting time for installation will take a while.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"We hired Rick and J Co. for a basement remodel, which included tearing down old wood paneling, ceiling panels, old carpet, and adding waterproofing for about 1200 square feet of space. J. Co did a full demolition, and installed all new lighting, carpet, drywall, electrical, paint and a wall that would create a new bedroom. They installed a new closet in the added bedroom, all new custom doors, painted our laundry room floor, and even did a few odd jobs that came up along the way (repairing an old pipe, rewiring a telephone line, helping install the knob for a fireplace to name a few). Rick and his entire team were wonderful to work with. Even with delays of the major flooding that occurred throughout the city, they still managed to finish in great time and delivered a basement we are very proud of. "The crew was polite and competent, good people and great work. They Installed sheet rock, moved electrical hook-ups to fit new vanity lights, moved plumbing to fit new vanity, installed new toilet, installed new vanity, large vanity mirror, and vanity lights, primed and painted walls, installed trim, and installed new door. Also, they traveled outside of regular service area at my request which added to overall cost, but the price was still reasonable. They paid attention to the details and left the area clean. What more can I say except...I now LOVE my bathroom!!
