"I cannot praise this company enough. The cost was a little higher than I anticipated, but I think it was well worth it. We woke up on a Saturday to a bathroom sink full of water and overflowing onto our floor. Turning off the water did nothing. Matthew from JD Precision came out that afternoon and immediately knew that it was due to our A/C condensation not properly draining. He drained the water, cleaned the drain pipes, and gave us tips on how to prevent it happening in the future. He then looked at a couple of other issues for us that we had been planning to get a contractor out for. He could have easily "taken us for a ride" on a couple of them, but he was totally straightforward and honest about what he saw and told us we could wait on repairs (and, save our money!). THEN, as he was leaving (and we had already gone inside), he went and checked our septic system for us. We had told him that our septic sprinklers had been going off a ridiculous number of times a day but that our maintenance company had told us everything looked fine. It took him less than one minute to find a hose that was not properly attached to the aerator pump. He obviously had no obligation to go out of his way to go look at our septic system - the fact that he did was just so kind. He then sent someone else out to take a look at what appeared to be water damage on our ceiling to be sure we didn't have a leak somewhere. That gentleman (who was also extremely polite and knowledgeable) took one look and said we are totally fine. Again, completely honest. We have some toilets to replace and a few other plumbing issues to address, and I will absolutely be hiring JD Precision again. I absolutely recommend them!!"

"The entire drain system was suddenly plugged up; they responded immediately and provided a Band-aid help as they assess what was going to have to be done with digging up pipes and re-routing drains. They used pipe cameras and provide a permanent solution to the constantly plugged up kitchen sink by building in a re-route after digging down to the problems . They were cognizant that this will be a tear-down when the lot is sold, so they reached clear thinking solutions. I learned as well that Randy is a volenteer for folks in prison and takes Christian ministry to people whom most have lost hope for. He was here with a helper, but he worked side by side with the digging. over a period of two days. Everything was left in order. Polite, sense of humor, and can-do attitude of a Master Plumber. I would recommend BlueFrog Plumbing to anyone. It is so difficult to find an expert and they provide that."

I found a plumber who was available on an urgent notice. This was pre 4th of July but he came out to look at the job to see what was going on. He never mentioned the price of the job on the phone. When he diagnosed the problem, he said it was $250. I told him that was really pricey for just replacing a Moen valve in the faucet. He said the price is actually $280 but he was giving me a cut and that he's never gone down that low in price. I signed his contract after the job was complete and he left. The provider was Ruben Reyes."

"My kitchen sink wouldn't drain. Called up Genesis Plumbing Repair and they were clear on pricing and time they could show up. Once they arrived, it took maybe 10 minutes to clear out a grease clog 65ft out from my sink. They made it look easy peasy! They're also a 24 hour on call service, if you have a plumbing emergency! It's very nice to have that service so close, here in Porter. They'll definitely be my go-to in the future!"
