"I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly. Thanks, Jared and Jack. I should mention I paid about $300 for the refrigerant today. I don't know what the final cost will be but probably a bit over $1000."

He arrived when he said he would and the job was done in less than 2 hours. Although he was training new help, the job went smoothly. You could tell Paul has been at this for many years as he offered several tips and tricks to his 2 assistants for various tasks. I highly recommend New England Tank Services."

"Excellent for maintenance service and emergency work. I subscribed to their maintenance service for several years before they raised the rate, and they always did fine work. When I switched to another maintenance company that missed a flaw in my furnace which caused it to fail on season startup, AccuTemp came out to diagnose the problem the same day with no contract, got the large expensive replacement part for free under warranty, and had it fully installed and working again within 2 calendar days. All that for just the cost of a day's labor!"

"These guys are freaking awesome. They are everything you look for in a contractor or trade specialist. Quick correspondence, transparent estimate, right on time, quality work, fairly priced, personable. I had a list of items for them to do, they gave me an estimate ahead of time, we reviewed the scope before they started, they were quick and efficient, and everything looks great. JT was awesome.
