Get matched with top addition to existing structure builders in Humble, TX

"First let me just say that we are absolutely thrilled with our major re-imagining of our kitchen, new conservatory room and of course our master bathroom. Tell projects is a family owned business. We selected them from others we interviewed because they have an excellent reputation and provide personal service and attention to detail from the design phase to demolition, construction and finishing. Ours was a major renovation involving changing the entire load bearing structure of our house, creating new indoor space from what was previously an outdoor patio and then a complete renovation of our entire kitchen and master bathroom. All of the work was custom made and executed by Tell's own craftsmen. The attention to detail was quite impressive, right down to the project manager personally walking our property regularly with us to plan and make adjustments to the project as necessary. With such a major renovation, invariably, changes will be made and delays will occur due to weather, materials on backorder etc, but throughout the entire process, the design team, the project manager and the staff at Tell were always working to meet and exceed our needs. We even had regular discussions with the owner who often reached out to us to gauge our level of satisfaction. There is no such thing as a perfect world, and there were times when we had some concerns about some minor issues relating to prep work ahead of our appliance install date, but the folks at Tell were relentless and they got it right and the end result was spectacular. Kudos to Ellie, Adrianna, Zach, Adner, Fernando , Denis and Gustavo. I know I have not mentioned everyone due to space constraints but let me leave with this. If you want your project completed as perfectly as possible by people who actually CARE about their work and take pride in what they do, choose Tell Projects but hey, don't take my word for it....look for yourself"

"I highly recommend Hickory Remodeling and Construction. Unlike previous contractors who find the shortest and easiest way to finish the project without regards to the long term consequences of future maintenance, Matt’s focus is in the long-term efficiency of any installation or project for our satisfaction and enjoyment of the product installed. This is the second time I had him work on a home project and found him being very consistent in his attention to details. The plumbing and electrical project we had was very tricky and complicated since our townhome is more than 50 years old. With many “patchwork” repairs done by previous owners/contractors, adding new wiring was not as straightforward. Yet, Matt and his team were able to save us the cost of adding a subpanel box after they took the time to assess all the existing wiring. Matt not only works to understand the purpose of the job requested but also takes into account the visual aesthetics involved in the project. He has outstanding expertise in planning and preparing for the project such that there is excellence in the completion of the project. He takes the time to evaluate and understand the current condition of the house and explains the process in detail to get to the end-result that is expected upon completion. He was very judicious in informing me of any issues during the project and was well prepared to provide viable options that make the end-result better. I also appreciate his high respect for the homeowner’s property which he makes sure is also practiced by the workers he send to do the job all throughout the process and not just during the time of quote or price negotiation or just at the start of the project when the homeowner is around. He takes pride in the integrity of his and his teams’ work. I will definitely hire him again for any future home projects."

"I have used Htowne for multiple projects, the latest and largest was a two-bedroom second floor addition over the master suite (itself an earlier addition by a previous owner) in our 1930's vintage home in Eastwood. They were able to take the project from a loose "hand-waving and pointing" idea in my head all the way through design, structural engineering and architecture to completion and incorporate the ideas and desires we had for the space. They went above and beyond to make sure the rest house remained livable and unmolested since we stayed in our home (with kids!) through the entire process (though we did have to give up our master suite for a couple months). Very professional, highly recommended, and look forward to working with them again."

"Starz home did amazing job building my patio from scratch the crews were very nice and professional every one seems to be very nice and professional all material was delivered to the project before they even start the work"

"Bernardo and his team were very thorough with the remodel, and also flexible to make minor modifications to the design as the work progressed. Their response was quick, and they got the work done within a week of contracting to do so"

"I hired tgr to remodel my kitchen and they did an outstanding job with everything from materials to labor to cleaning up i paid after the job is done"

"We hired Frazierâ  s Home Repair as our General Contractor for our master bath renovation and were thoroughly impressed. Chris provided feedback on our wall/tile/quartz choices, sharing his knowledge for us to make the best decisions. His crew went above and beyond each day to make the process as stress-free as possible; keeping the demo area tidy and updating us with the progress of other contractors arriving throughout the week. We will definitely hire Chris and his team again! Work Performed: Performed entire bath demolition (including sunk-in jacuzzi tub), installed all bath plumbing, enlarged existing window & quartz windowsill, installed new vanity mirror, installed quartz countertop, installed clear frameless shower and new floor/wall tile. Installed new stand-alone bathtub. Installed floor ceramic tile and 5.5â  base boards."

"Aaron won us over the moment we met him, building trust immediately that Home Masters would transform our existing patio into one that is both our new living space and complement to our home. Marco and his team made that all possible! We highly recommend Home Masters for all your work!"

"Colony Builders are the best in the business! Our house was impacted by the Watson Grinding Explosion and the damages were severe as we are located 800 feet away. We had blown out windows structural damage, collapsing ceilings, etc. Once we decided to hire Colony Builders they started the next week! We did a complete remodel, replacing the entire house with siding, all the windows, all the carpet with laminate including our staircase, our deck & fence in the back yard and tore down our two door garage to make one large automatic one. The crews that came out we're hardworking and communicated with us every step of the way. Our repairs began on April 16th and finished within 2 short months on June 2nd!!! A complete remodel and they worked diligently to get us back to our house as soon as possible. Long story short HIRE THEM! You'll be so happy with the end result. I know if we need anything in the future this company will be our go to."

"It was great, outstanding work. I recommend them to anyone because the service is good."
