"I recently used Zoom Drain for a plumbing issue, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They were extremely prompt, arriving right on time and quickly assessing the problem. The team was friendly, professional, and very helpful, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood the repairs. It’s rare to find a plumbing service that combines speed, expertise, and excellent customer care, I highly recommend Zoom Drain!"

"Mr. Brenek has been a plumber for over 30 years, he is a Master Plumber and is assisted by Greg, who is also very capable. I felt very comfortable in my selection of them. They seemed to be the most knowledgeable, very familiar with the usage of the camera, locator, etc. They did an excellent job of replacing my existing sewer line, starting Monday morning and it was turned back over to me today (Wednesday morning). The excavation and installation of the pipe were all completed the first day. Tuesday was tied up waiting for the City Inspector and the Excavator filled it back in this morning. Mr. Brenek was with me every step of the way, used a very good excavation company for the digging. I highly recommend him and would use him again."

"Awesome service!! Zach (tech) spent over 6 hours taking toilets (3) apart, snaking the drain (in 2 locations) all the way to the city line and running a camera to the city line as well. During this process another tech brought a bigger machine – afterhours. Then he correctly diagnosed the problem – the city line was plugged. Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left. Was stunned the bill was reduced to $100 (afterhours callout fee), Zach said “We didn’t fix it you don’t pay” Was shocked when a Huntsville Public Works truck showed up 2 hours later (10 pm on Saturday) and used 750 psi to unclog the sewer line."

"Same day service, fast job, solved the problem, clogged line with AC line drain in bathroom sink. I will be calling them again if I need a plumber for another job. Mr Drake was great! very respectful"

"John was great! Reasonably priced. Showed up on time. Was wearing a mask (call during COVID). Did a fantastic job with a snake unclogging my drain line (this wasn't trivial). Reset one toiled and did a great job cleaning after the failed attempts of his predecessors. Rebuilt one flushing mechanism and works like a charm. Will be calling John again with any future plumbing needs! Thanks! Piotrek"

"They were prompt, professional and efficient. They explained what needed to be done for a blockage, and with a camera showed me a broken pipe to the main sewer line which was discovered after clearing the blockage. Then they fixed the broken pipe. I would give Nick an A+."

Usually, the two most important questions you want to be answered are? What?s wrong? ?And? How much is it going to cost? At Luke's Plumbing, we don?t have a problem giving you a price over the phone. Many Houston homeowners who call us are frustrated because they have called other Houston plumbing service companies and have gotten a run-around when it came to getting a price. It is sad to admit that our industry is plagued with plumbers who intentionally will not give you a price or even a ballpark estimate over the phone because they want to get in your home where they can pressure you face to face into spending more than you should. One of the highest numbers of complaints to consumer protection agency is for home improvement and service companies.. Plumbing license: MPL 37466. A/C license: TACLB 53102E. "They arrived, saw the issue, and offered several repair options, with costs, and advantages/disadvantages with each, and the costs for the repairs to my try at repairing the plumbing. Definitely my plumber from now on and definitely recommend him."

"These guys are so awesome. Cleared a tough drain, ran a camera, and followed up a few days later to check in on me ."

"These guys were amazing. I hired them to replace my tankless hot water heater. They took a no need to haggle approach to the estimate process, which I appreciated. The install process felt very white glove, with runners deployed left left my floors and freshly painted walls without a mark. JD was very professional and personable, taking the needed time to do the install correct the first time. They even went the extra mile and fixed an unrelated issue (was not their fault) that would have failed the city inspection. What service! These guys are my new go to plumbers "
