"Norris Pools has been maintaining our pool for approximately six months now and we couldn't be happier. Bryan is always on time and very knowledgeable about the chemistry and mechanics of pools and spas. I wanted a company that would look after my pool the way they would there own and I found that with Norris Pools. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone.

"Pool Maintenance Pros has done an outstanding job recovering and maintaining our very large residential pool. This isn’t a typical backyard pool, and they quickly corrected the water chemistry, resolved the issues, and restored it to crystal-clear condition. Since then, they’ve consistently kept the pool clean, balanced, and looking its best. They monitor the equipment, communicate when something needs attention, and focus on preventing problems before they occur. Their technicians are professional, dependable, and take pride in their work. Owning a large pool can be demanding, but they have made it worry-free. I always know the pool will be clean, clear, and ready to enjoy. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, reliable pool company that truly cares about quality, I highly recommend Pool Maintenance Pros."

"I've used Patten several times for repair and maintenance, and I've always been satisfied. Most recently, Brandon came out and cleaned our pool filters for us, thus saving my back a fair amount of pain. I will call them again when I need help."

"Fabulous service! I knew my pool motor was dying so I contacted Chris. He diagnosed the problem over the phone, purchased the motor, and replaced it the following day! While he was there he educated me on pump maintenance and fixed my valve for free (saved me 100 bucks). He’s the last of the true pool service guys. I’ve waisted time and money with Butcher’s pool for a long time - the experienced guys retired or quit after the new owner came in."

"The value of a contractor is not only judged by how well the finished product is when completed but also by how well the contractor manages any interim problems or concerns. Without going into detail, Bill and Ideal Pool Services responded to those interim problems with the absolute finest customer service I have experienced. The final product was on time, within quoted price and all with superb follow up by Bill."

"Went great. The owner, Mr. Cruz, was terrific. Got it done for less money and in less time than anyone else I spoke with. He came the next day after I contacted. him. He had it all completed with replacement part to pump put on within the next few days; at a very reasonable price. Compare this to outfits where the repair guys work on commission (i.e., the more new equipment they can sell you, the more they make). I suggest staying away from pool repair companies that work like that. This was yet another reason I liked HCM Pools. They did not attempt to up-charge me. I would certainly use this company again."

"I just bought my first home which had a pool. Lucky me it came in a hideous tint of dark swamp green with a few frogs. I messaged a few pool companies and Jose with Lonestar pools was one of them. Majority of the companies advised me to drain my pool and the others told me it will take 2-3 weeks until its Crystal clear. Not to mention this would of costed $700-900 which is not including the water bill. Jose didn't go this route as he was extremely confident he can get my pool crystal blue and swimmable with a few short days. I obviously decided to go with him as he was very professional knowledgeable and confident in his services. I'm glad I went with Jose as he was good for his word and my pool was crystal blue in 5 days!! During those 5 days he showed up everyday to clean my filters and scrub my pool. Not to mention, 3 of the 5 days it was raining. Rain didn't stop Jose, he was outside changing my filters in the rain! Jose is a scientist when it comes to the pool chemistry. Any pool guy can drain water and pressure wash the pool but not all can figure out a pools chemistry and get it blue within a few short days. If you have a green/black pool? you need an expert and Jose is your guy! Also, Jose is very honest which is hard to find these days. When I bought my house I was told it needed resurfacing so I got 3 quotes which ranged between 5-10k. Jose does resurfacing as well and was happy to quote me too. BUT, he made it clear to me?. This is a cosmetic issue. If your eyes can handle the peeling which isn't bad then the resurfacing job can hold off for a bit. This was such a relief as I just bought 2 homes so money has been tight. Its nice to know the resurfacing can hold off until a later time. Most contractors wouldn't tell you this as they will lose the quick cash. I quickly hired him to do weekly cleanings on my pool. Jose is passionate about pools and it shows. He's a gem and I'm happy I found him. Hire him and you and your pool will forever be happy! Take my word!"

"My pool was a wreck after the hurricane. Galveston Pool Services drained, power washed, and refilled my pool. Maintenance was also performed on my pump by cleaning the filters. My pool has never looked so good!"

"I contacted Manny on Saturday morning to inquire about his cost and timing. I did not get an answer so instead of leaving a message, I thought I would call back. I didn't even have to do that because within 10 minutes he returned my missed call. He was very polite and provided me all the information I needed on the phone. He was also willing to come the same day if I needed! We scheduled time for Sunday and when they arrived they were professional, polite, and quick! Not to mention we thought they had a great price! I would definitely use them again and recommend their services to others!

"Miguel was very responsive to our pool repair request. He has excellent knowledge of all aspects of pool repair. Our service requirements were for the pool filter and spa. Additionally, he repaired and replaced lighting, requiring some electrical work. In so doing, he uncovered a problem that could have been potentially dangerous that had existed for some time and was unknowingly (by us) the result of repairs performed by a prior service provider. We would certainly hire Angela's Pool Service again (and intend to do so). We would strongly recommend Angela's Pool Service, in particular Miguel."
