Dependable Plumbing LLC is a husband&wife owned company with no employees. Dave is the license holder and does all of the service calls. Payment for services is expected at the satisfactory completion of repairs, installation etc. Prior billing arrangements may be made for landlords, absentee owners etc. Remodels usually require a contract with a payment schedule. We are not currently set up to accept credit cards.

"Do your Homework!!! Elijah and KC came to do a full repiping to remove the old galvanized pipes and replace with PEX. Nice guys, horrible work and not sure KC is a licensed plumber but he works for Elijah & the work he and Elijah did failed inspection on many levels and we had to have the entire job redone. Unfortunately, based on a phone call that we asked another plumber to make to Elijah we would not have Alphabet back to correct the job. Elijah accused this plumber to be my brother, I do not have a brother, and however the call between plumbers went very south, we did not feel confident the job would be re-done correctly by Alphabet. First, they went directly into a 20 year old water heater without any shut off -yikes! Big code violation Number 1. Second, dandy way of running the water lines, up/down and all around the hvac- yikes! Code violation number 2. Third, lines laying on the dirt foundation- pretty huh? Fourth, used copper straps/clamps instead of plastic, big No No. "

They scheduled me for the same day. Juan arrived 2 hours before my scheduled appointment and diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in a couple of hours. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."
