Also knew my existing duct system was a fire hazard and he suggested an alternative. I also agreed to that. He went to Home Depot to buy the part and then installed it. "Very professional.  He was actually early to the appointment.  Gave great suggestions and was very insightful!  I had originally scheduled an appt. to have one toilet inspected, but it developed into all three since I felt comfortable with his skills after talking on the phone.  I also had him install two brand new faucets and supply lines for them.  He was in and out in good time and did a great job!  I highly recommend him and will probably have him do future inspections and possibly replace my water heater down the road.
