Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. "R&B is awesome. We met R&B Climate Control not long after purchasing a new home. We had lost Air Conditioning due to faulty wiring. We hired another company to fix our AC and they replaced a junction box for $300.00. This repair held for a couple of days. I was traveling for work when the unit went out again one evening. It was a hot summer night and my wife and kids were miserable in the heat. I found Russell the owner of R&B and he was there within the hour. He found the wiring problem was in our main circuit breaker, tightened the screw and was done for the cost of a service call. I have since referred R&B to friends saving them money. One of my neighbors was told by a competing company that they needed to replace their entire system because of a leak that did not exist. Russel fixed their unit for $75.00."
