"Horizon repair man was quick, friendly, and explained the process to me. He was able to resolve my plumbing problem. However, the charge was more than the HomeAdvisor rate suggestion. Even after they dropped the service fee the cost was more than the rate posted on Home Advisor."

"We have a yearly maintenance agreement with them after they installed our air conditioner. They're very efficient. They come when they say they're going to come and do their work. The last time they were here for AC, they did find a problem and fixed it at no charge."

"Fast, courteous, professional service. The tech called before showing up, and he even arrived a few minutes early. They follow a system of standardized prices for services. It seemed a bit expensive - the technician was at my house a total of less than 45 minutes to charge the refrigerant in my split AC unit, and the total bill was around $500. That seems a bit high. But the technician also tightened all fittings and checked for any other issues. The AC works great now, so I can't complain. Overall, great experience."
