(Combo units are expensive). But they took the time to do research, contact the tech staff at the manufacturer, and fixed my unit as good as new with a simple valve replacement at a fraction of the cost of a new unit. "Lou immediately responded to my e-mail inquiry about replacing our badly leaking kitchen faucet. He came to our house a few hours later and let me know our under-sink water connections were a mess, which I already knew. He gave me an estimate and said he could complete the job immediately. I went out to pick out a new faucet while Lou went to work replacing all four shutoff valves. After the new faucet was installed the water was turned on but the new faucet was defective and leaked internally! Lou then had to remove the faucet when I went to buy another one, which Lou hooked up again and which happily worked fine. No doubt the defective faucet had Lou wasting an hour of his time, but he said never leaves a job unless it is perfect. It wasnâ t his fault the new faucet was defective, but he didnâ t complain. I definitely would use Lou for future plumbing needs."

"I got estimates from three companies and Sal's was the most suitable for me, based on description of the work and price quoted. The work was performed with minimal disruption to us and maximal attention to details, clean, and thorough. However, several days later the leak possibly originating from the area of the work performed was noted, with some damage to the ceiling on the lower level. Sal responded immediately, identified the leak and concluded that, even though it was not origination from exact point of original repair, the repair itself might have caused disruption in the system that resulted in new problem. Sal's representative, Mike, fixed the new plumbing problem and recommended another company, Razz Construction, to fix dry wall and ceiling damages, with the needed work to be paid for by Sal Manzo Plumbing. The said work was done perfectly. I would strongly recommend Sal Manzo Plumbing to anyone. They are professional, courteous, detail oriented, and stand by their work 100%. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, should I ever need any plumbing or heating work to be done. And with being an owner of a house, I don't think that the occasion will be long coming."

"My appointment was between 10 to 12 and Derick showed up at 11 after purchasing some parts. He did everything by 1:30 PM and left by 2 PM. He worked on two replacements of pipes one he installed a knob and the other he replaced and installed new pipes. he assessed the surrounding pipes to see if there are any other damages. His work was thorough and very polite. I am having him come back to do the corrosions that we found. The price was a little bit more than I expected but worth the price."
