"Ray from Onpoint first impressed me with his compassion and consideration for our needs. His team worked very hard on Memorial Day which was very ho and muggy to completely clear out our basement after the city drains backed up and filled our basement with 20 inches of contaminated water. We were very pleased with this company. I only wish they would have hauled away the debris but Ray said it would be picked up by our Waste Removal company. It eventually was, 13 days later.
