"Phillip has represented us 5 different times. The reason we keep putting our faith in him is he has looked after our interests with skill, knowledge, and 100% dedication. Our last transaction (buying and selling) was a thrill ride! He navigated us through concerns from the buyers of the home we were selling, and all other issues associated with buying and selling real estate honestly and with integrity, always looking for the best way through a complex maze of conversations and counters. All the while Phillip kept a steady look out for the home we now live in (our Dream Home, to be perfectly honest.) The market itself provided it's share of challenges. Phillip was steady and undaunted hosting Open Houses for as long as it took, even when foot traffic (due to the strange 2025 housing market) was limited. Phillip clearly and timely provided explanations and information all the way through to the very end. Often, he would take personal time to reach out to connect with us. He even stayed connected with us during some well deserved personal time jogging around Catalina Island to make certain my wife and I were informed and responsive to the demands of being in escrow. "We bought our house in 2001 from Mark Lambert. We then contacted him again back in he middle of feb2018 and after a meeting with our objectives the house was put on the market within 1 week, we had 2 open houses and within the 1st week on the market we had multiple offers and were able to choose one within the first 2 weeks . The close was very rapid within 30 days. Mark also arranged for us to rent back to the new buyers for 90 days which went smoothly allowing us to schedule our move to another state after our kids school year ended. We are getting corporate relocation and Mark put us in touch immediately in March with a local real estate agent in the Phoenix area with long term real estate experience. She is excellent and we were able to buy a new house the same week we close in California. All went very well. Mark also recommended his own contractor to make house repairs and modifications requested by the new buyers. This was a great experience. I would recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy anywhere !"

"Real estate transactions are complicated. Helping an elderly relative with memory issues sell a house in California that she’s lived in for over 40 years when I live on the East coast adds additional layers of complexity. Dennis and Sunshine Smith have been there to assist us each step along the way to close of escrow. I’ve come to rely on Dennis as a trusted advisor who has helped us prepare a house filled with years of clutter and deferred maintenance and market it successfully. Not only did we sell during the holiday season, but also at a time when buyers were fleeing the market due to rising interest rates. His advice comes from years of experience with market fluctuations and time to develop relationships with capable contractors. Together we’ve faced structural issues, plumbing & sewer issues, electrical issues, termite and wood destroying fungus issues, a break-in from a homeless person, and skunks looking for a “honeymoon suite” under the house! Throughout it all, Dennis has been professional and pragmatic. He suggested a marketing strategy that put the house in its best possible light through de-cluttering and staging. In addition, his marketing strategy helped us minimize buyers’ remorse and an erosion of equity that comes when buyers ask for price reductions or threaten to cancel the contract. He helped us sift through multiple offers on the property and negotiate with buyers’ agent to urge them for their “best and final offer”. I interviewed two other realtors who sent investors to look at the house prior to putting it up for sale.
