"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Awesome! Quick reply, appointment set for next morning, very polite and friendly.  Job was well done....and thorough.  Would highly recommend to anyone."

"Excellent service provider! Was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I was interested in only preforming preventive maintenance and he didn't try to upset or do anything unnecessary. Price was very reasonable for the service preformed. I WILL be using Hometown for all my HVAC need. Thanks Mark!"

"OMG! They're amazing and so neat! I had a smallish water leak from the water service line in the yard and the whole process took 20 hours from calling them to the repair being done! It was seamless; they were reasonable and the work was so professional. It never even looks like there was a leak in the yard. I'll be making some other small plumbing repairs around my house and I'm calling them to do it all! Superior service! A+"

"This company absolutely provides professional service, I would actually say beyond professional if you can imagine that in todays busy service world. Hire them, you will be surprised because they are the extra in extraordinary."
