"Prior to me selecting Aaceâ s heating air conditioning &swamp cooler, I interview (3) other well know AC/heating company and as most knows the â deceptionâ is real! After the initial consultations with one of the companies ( (name I wonâ t disclose)I was almost in tears about how many of their technicians were out of work and that I would help put food on their table...... I reluctantly agreed and signed the contract. After further thoughts I said to myself â he got me and immediately cancelled!! Aaceâ s heating AC & Swamp cooler they were sooo amazing and I was overjoyed with happiness! Integrity, respect, excellence, and team work they exhibited wellð ð ! I'm very picky and hard too please. I had NO option but to give frank and his team the well deserved compliments they rightfully earned!!!! Without a doubt I would recommend them to my family and friends. I forgot to mention they were very clean and took all the trash away even some of mines ð ð !!!! This review is documented from a real customer and NO one asked/ suggested I write anything. "Brian showed up on time and was very honest and friendly.  He performed the seasonal maintenance on our AC which was installed a few years ago by a different company.  I appreciate that he gave us an honest assessment of our system.  He was very thorough in what he did, going through each component.  We have a split air return system and the original installers had blocked off one side to meet the SEER rebate requirements, but makes the noise level a little louder.  I asked Brian if we should open up the 2nd side and he took the time to do an evaluation without charging us extra.
We were very happy with the service and price we got and feel we can trust Brian.  We'll be using Absolute Air from now on.

"I cannot rate Blair more highly....they called the day before to say they were coming betw 8:30 and 10:30 and then their technician called today...and showed up on time at 8:39.......he was wonderful .spent an hour working on the AC unit on the roof on one of the Hottest days we have had in Palm Springs..115 Degrees...they honored the discount they had provided on Angies List of $59 for what is normally a $85 16 point Tune Up....and he pointed out a maintenance agreement they provided - I told him I had a home warranty and did not need it..and unlike other AC maintenance people he did not try to pressure me to buy it... I will DEFINITELY use them in the Fall to service the heater!!!"

"The service tech that came to our house, John, was very courteous, very knowledgeable and detected several issues that he explained in detail and it was easy to concur with his assessments. He found a big clog in a very old pipe, which had broken as he was inspecting it. This clog had been giving us problem and was preventing the air from turning on. He ran to home depot, bought a replacement part and installed it, at no additional charge! He also vacuumed the heating unit and installed a new latch to hold the filter in place. He took the time to explain about the need to ensure the filter is secure so dirt and dust does not work its way into the main unit (Which would be very bad!). He examined the outside air conditioner and we scheduled another appointment in 6 months for a nice general check up. The outside unit may have a leak, which we were previously aware of, but he provided us additional details and let us know what our future options may be. We decided in 6 months, when they return for the semi-annual service we signed up for, that we could see how everything is looking. Very happy with the experience with Magnolia!"

"They're very responsive. They came out to check thing when we had questions. The work, they came out a couple times to train the new thermostat they installed. They were fine. It took about a week. They had to come out and look at stuff. Then give the estimate and then we decided on it. They had to order the stuff. Then we discovered the hot water piece needed to be completely done so they ordered that piece. So it was about a weeks job."

"When Jim was 30 minutes late for the appointment, I called and he admitted he lost my information and wasn't able to call me.  He came within 30 minutes.  He accurately diagnosed the problem as cut water lines and fixed the problem  Additionally, he advised that the misting nozzles may be plugged.  He did not remove the plugged nozzles and I am unable to remove them myself to be able to replace them.  Therefore, the system is only partially functioning.  He also stated his real areas of expertise are heating and air conditioning, not misting systems.
