"Originally I called for a diagnostic of my AC unit, which was doing a terrible job cooling my house. Nikita did the diagnostic-turns out the coolant was leaking, a coil needed to be replaced, and not to mention the thing was from the 1990's. We decided to replace and upgrade it, as well as our furnace, since we froze last winter (turns out it was badly rusted on the inside and emitting CO into the house, which NO ONE found last winter (had it looked at by 4 different people and everyone said there was nothing wrong except that the BTU's were too small for the size of the house). Roy was so awesome, because even though they couldn't schedule us for the next 3 weeks, he made sure we stayed cool-he filled up the coolant and came over to the house a couple times when the AC stopped working. I will be keeping him as our heating and cooling guy!"

"Contacted Dan Dugan for an estimate on a new installation. Old unit had been running with bandaids for a couple years and was beyond its life expectancy.
While I was sticker shocked at the price, I found out these heat pump systems are much more complex than a standard gas furnace. I also price compared and found this price to be within the customary range with installation.
 Dugan (Bryant) offers a hard to beat 60 mo. Zero % interest financing through wells fargo Bank. Why use my own money?
Installation went down without a hitch. While this was my sons home, I sort of managed the project as he works a lot of hours. He basically let the installers in and do their thing while he went to work, so no inconvenience on either of our parts.
Installers were in and out same day, left no mess and everything runs great!

"Chris, the owner, was very knowledgeable about the type of furnace we needed, as well as could afford. He knew how big it should be for the size of the house. We have been using it this winter and even in the coldest period, it kept the temperature perfect. Chris did the install in minimal time and with professionalism. He even put in a flap, so that if we wanted to use our wood furnace it would close off the gas furnace flu, so the electronics would not overheat. We were very comfortable with him in our home."

"mMy boiler type furnace stopped heating the upstairs of my home.  I called Smith and Sons and was politely greeted.  I explained my issue and they scheduled a service call for Monday Morning between 830-9am.  Russ showed up at 845 and walked me thru my system and how everything worked.  He then showed me how to clear the vapor lock (air pocket).  When we were opening and shutting the valve's a water leak started.  Before Russ left all of the leaks had stopped.  15 minutes after Russ left the pressure relief valve started leaking again as well as another valve. I called Smith and Sons again and they had Russ call me.  He called a place about he parts and called me right back.  He was able to come back to my house that same day and install the pressure relief valve and make sure all of the other leaks had stopped.  This company did a great job and you can tell by the professionalism of their service man Russ that they truly care about customer service.  This companies info is now on my fridge.  I now have a HVAC company to call. "

"******* Nomination for Super Service Award ******* Jim Snyder of Irish Air Heating and Cooling- Indianapolis Story: My wife and I purchased a new air conditioning unit from Jim Snyder of Irish Air Heating and Cooling in April of this year and were impressed with his knowledge and his willingness to compare and contrast various company’s offerings to the models within his featured line. We decided to purchase a very good unit and shopped several dealers for the same brand and models. Irish Air Heating and Cooling was the best price and value of the 5 competitive bids we got. He got the job and we are happy customers. Fast forward to one very hot July afternoon when my 25 year old daughter who is a first time home buyer calls me and says her air conditioner is out. She lives quite a distance from the Indianapolis area so I told her to find a local HVAC company to check it out. As I suspected, her very old unit was junk and needed to be replaced. The HVAC system was probably 20+ years old and was on its last legs. The local HVAC gave her an estimate that exceeded $11,000.00 to replace and install a new system. Understandably upset by the price of a new system, she called me to ask advice. I called Jim Snyder at Irish Air Heating & Cooling and asked if he knew of a reputable dealer in her area she could call for a comparative price and not be taken advantage of because she is a young single woman who, until now knew nothing about heating and air conditioning systems. When done she purchased a 96+ efficiency furnace, a mid-level air conditioner and, a Wi-Fi programmable thermostat for less than half of the other quote. She decided to purchase the system late Saturday afternoon and called Jim; He was there with his installers Monday morning and completed the job by mid-afternoon. My daughter is overjoyed and dad and Irish Heating and Air look like heroes. I send my sincere gratitude to Jim and his organization for going WAY beyond what was expected. His great pricing and service far exceeded our expectations. My father in law just told me that his furnace needs to be replaced too.
