They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Carl arrived on time, in fact he was a little early.  He even picked up the baseboards at the store for me since I couldn't fit them in my SUV.  He immediately set to work and flew through the jobs that I thought would take all day.  His work is precise.  The baseboards were cut to perfection.  He was very personable and answered all my questions.  He had all the proper tools to complete the job which is a huge plus!  I had the glass repaired on my front door previously and the trim needed to be painted.  He ended up painting the whole door for me.  I can't say enough positive about Carl.  He answers every call that he receives.  I plan to have him back to do some whole house painting and moulding installation.  I was lucky to get him so quickly as he is super busy.
