"They were responsive and did everything promised. New unit was installed within 24 hours of first contact. Owner, Robert Tinley could not have been more accommodating. Felt great about commitment to warranty for goth parts and labor and appreciated the confidence of a no change order guaranty. After install, they followed up to respond to questions, provide paperwork and complete city inspection. Could not have been more pleased with the experience."

"Highly professional install from start to finish"

"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"Excellent company! We are very satisfied. We have lived in our south Florida house for 25 years. This is our 3rd AC. We were told by the other AC people that it was not possible to get the temperatre to 75 degrees in the heat of summer, in the middle of the day. So, for 25 years we have lived in AC that rose to 82 degrees in the summer. NOT ANYMORE! Comfort zone gave our home the correct sized AC and replaced our old ductwork and gave us better insulation for the attic. Like anything, there were issues that came up like one room did not get the suficient airflow and wasn't getting as cool as the rest of the house. Chris and his team fixed it immediately. Every single issue we had Comfort Zone handled it professionally, quickly and had a great attitude to help us and make sure we were completely satisfied. The best part was they ALWAYS solved the issue. We are very happy that we had our AC installed by Comfort Zone. Chris and the whole team were great. Knowing that we now have a relationship with a company that will be with us for a long time is very comforting. The picture says it all. That is at 2:15 in the afternoon at 90+ degrees outside."

"I have had them install a mini split in my garage, full new central air unit in My Home, new ducting at my business, as well as many service calls over the years. They do great work are dependable, honest and reliable. I would recommend them to anybody."

"They did a quality installation, and continue to provide great service."

"It went very well. The carpet looks so much better and I'm thoroughly pleased with their work. What more can I say?

"Excellent workmanship and cleanliness. Very pricey however, especially the price of installing fan switches. I supplied the fan switches and there were existing rocker switches already in place but EACH wall switch replacement cost me $175.00 for only about 5 minutes each - a ridiculous amount of money but I just didn't want to screw up the job so I paid. Yes I was told by the installer ahead of doing the work but I felt that he was there and I wanted the entire job done so I went ahead with it but I do feel the price to do that portion of the job was totally out of line with what the actual work entailed. Existing fan outlets were also already in the ceiling so no running of wires was involved in any part of this job. The last time I had fans and switches installed with the same amount of work, I paid less than $600.00 also done by a licensed electrician only 2 counties north of here."

"The installation went great. They did everything they said they would do."
