She got right to work and diagnosed the issue as a heating element within 20, maybe 25 minutes. Amanda went out to get the part needed and she was back the same day to install it. "Scott and Jeremy came to install a new toilet and inspect/correct bathroom faucets. On my first visit to inspect my faucets, Scott asked if I needed any other plumbing inspected. I mentioned that I had a friend install a new toilet wax ring but my friend did not have the ability to trim the flange. Scott checked out the toilet, and noticed it was quite wobbly, and told me that this may further damage the flange or influence the slab integrity. We discussed options/costs of possible repairs or just installing a new toilet. I requested a new toilet. We scheduled a date to complete both jobs.
