"The contractor was courteous, conscientious, and did quality work in a timely manner. The only real problem was with the stucco sub-contractors who, while they did a good job, made a mess. They were not his first choice but both of us had hard deadlines and it's who he could get to do the work. Contractor did his best to clean up the mess. He coordinated with the garage door provider/installer, and made a special trip to install wiring we thought the garage door people wold provide. <br />"

However, I feel that they are a bit too pushy trying to sell a pricey complete garage door operation replacement and their prices are on the high side, but work quality is excellent. I did pay for a complete overhaul with new springs,rollers,etc. as this door is used frequently and I did not want any more issues with it."

"Randall is an amazing craftsman and professional. My man loft turned out perfect. He designed a wet bar that accommodated a mini fridge and kegerator. He matched the finish of the cabinets to my pool table which was an awesome touch. Randall really shined with the library. It exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. He installed an enormous bay window, build in a swinging bookcase to act as a secret door, hand built all of the bookcases, and help us with creating a perfect design. It was a long tedious process but we honestly couldn't be happier. The library turned our amazing and it is my wife's pride and joy now. Randall stayed on budget for the whole project."

"It went great. The garage looks like a new building.  Replacing the siding took three days. The concrete took a few days too as soil had to be removed (along with one large root from a nearby pine tree), forms built, wire cut and placed. Pouring the concrete and finishing took another day.   Everything was completed as promised and I am VERY SATISFIED with the work.  I can now organize and work in my new garage without having to worry about old termite damage, water incursion and wading through the sand and ants under the garage overhang.   Huge improvement and I'm grateful to C3 for another job well done!"
