"Chico was top notch from start to finish. I cannot recommend him enough. We replaced our garage doors and openers. Due to COVID the doors took much longer to receive from manufacturer. This of course was no fault of Chico and company. He promised to have this installed by the end of the year and he made good on his promise. The doors finally came in just before Christmas. He insisted on installing right away and even came Christmas Eve to make sure everything was finished and complete. He and his crew were helpful, neat, and on time. To make matters better, there was unfortunately a fire on our block and the house is being rebuilt. We asked him if our equipment was still in good condition and if it was, we would like to give it to the family for the rebuild. Chico went to the house, measured and verified it would fit perfectly. Seeing the situation he donated his time and installed our equipment at the house free of charge to help the family out. We were blown away by his generosity. It was always a pleasure to speak with Camilla to schedule the work. I would highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed."

"I called Doors n' More but they were booked that day, and could only come out the following Monday, which was fine. <br /> Scott, the repairman who came out,  asked me about the problem then proceeded to check everything out. The springs weren't broken, and I could still get the garage door to lift by pushing the button inside the garage.  He found that the panel inside the opener was fried, either from an electrical surge or from lightning. He gave me a choice of either replacing the opener with a completely new one  which was going to run somewhere around $400, including labor or just doing the repairs  which would run about $170.  I decided to just have him replace the panel. After he did that, it worked fine, keypad worked, remote worked.  He then proceeded to thoroughly lubricate every hinge on the door, lubricated the springs and the track. He also told me what lubricants to buy and how often to lubricate everything. He checked out the springs thoroughly and adjusted them a little. He said it was very important to keep the springs adjusted correctly. He was very thorough, took his time, and did a good job I thought. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about garage doors. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and also would recommend that you ask for Scott. One final note: on two previous occasions I have had to call repairmen to come out and fix something about the opener.  Each repairman (from 2 different companies) simply fixed the problem, replaced the item that needed to be replaced and gave me a bill.  Neither one bothered to check the door completely, check and adjust the springs, and neither one did any lubrication of the hinges or track.
