"The team at concrete lifting is amazing. They “inherited” me as a customer, as the home I purchased has a warrantied foundation repair that they performed. Not only has the repair held up, and the warranty gave me peace of mind, but Jordan and team have come out multiple times to alleviate any concerns or even do a quick patching job on an unrelated area - all free of charge. Should my home ever require additional significant repairs (let’s face it, it’s an old house and stuff happens), I won’t hesitate to hire them again. Given the number of texts and emails I’ve exchanged over “is this crack a problem? "I had a great experience from start to finish. I had four different foundation companies look at the large crack in my foundation. Two said to put epoxy in it and I would be good. The third offered a slightly more involved fix that would not address the root of the problem. American Waterworks was different from the start. First of all, they book a three hour appointment so they can fully investigate, measure and explain exactly what is happening and what needs to be done to truly fix the problem. The level of knowledge and expertise shown by the the Design Specialist, Chuck, was astounding. He even predicted that there would be at least one if not two more cracks in the foundation we could not see and their location and he was right on both counts. I ended up needing 10 helical piers and 7 helical anchors to repair the foundation and stop it from rotating backwards toward the hill and to stabilize and lift the foundation back to its original position. The three man installation crew was incredible. Jose the Foreman, Luis the Co-Foreman, and Jose the Production Specialist were extremely hard working, knowledgeable and always willing to take time to answer any questions I had about the project. Their level of professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail put me at ease during such a major undertaking and I always knew my house was in good hands. I can not recommend American Waterworks enough to anyone needing their foundation repaired."

Scott walked through options and provided honest recommendations for the garage floor and foundation repair that was needed. Any questions I had regarding the process or estimate were answered promptly. Gardner (Scott and crew) did an outstanding job replacing the garage floor and deteriorated foundation cinder blocks. The crew showed up early every day, were polite and respectful and got right to work. They went above and beyond in how they conducted their work and explained the process and improvements they were making to do the job right. The job site was kept organized and they cleaned up very well after they were completed each day. The entire crew was trusting, professional and knowledgeable - and aimed for quality and perfection. "This project took several months, but that's not unusual for a complete kitchen re-build.
Although there were a few delays, none were due to Sam Sharpe, who was always ready to start the next phase of the project faster than I would have the necessary materials ordered - particularly the custom cabinetry and the countertops.

Some of the best aspects are the one's that go unnoticed later, such as the thoughtful way that Sam set up the old cabinetry in our basement so that we could have a temporary kitchen while the construction was going on.

Detailing the entire process would be too tedious for this review, but I will say that Sam respected my desire to move forward in distinct phases, and produced detailed bids for each step of the way.

We are very happy with the results.  Our entire first floor has been transformed by the new kitchen and dining room.  

I highly recommend that you consider Sharpe Construction if you care about your remodel and want it to be perfect."

"The four guys who performed the work, were later than expected, but they called and informed me of the new arrival time, which was appreciated. They worked as quietly as possible when jackhammering out 57 year old concrete. The covered everything that I requested with plastic in an effort to control the dust. I was warned that dust would be an issue, which it was, but the preparation minimized it. They carefully worked around the plumbing lines which were in the way of the drain tile and even addressed the in-floor heating ducts we have. They placed the tile with care and packed with appropriate stone. The replacement concrete is not as even or smooth as the original, which could pose some issues later when we finish our basement. The job took less than one full day and they cleaned up well after themselves (other than all the dust). The work is only a week old, so not enough time has not elapsed to express an opinion of how well the system works to control our water issue.

"This provider did a great job and completed it in one day.   The replacement window is double paned and a large improvement over the prior window.   The "earth well"  on the outside has been redone with timbers per my request and appears to be tight and durable. My only comment to the contrary is that there was considerably more dust than I anticipated and a small ladder was not placed in the outside "earth well".
