"Joe cleared the sink drain and turned the water off because I needed a new faucet. The old one was leaking and it was an expensive faucet so the repair would be expensive. I needed a new faucet because that one was corroded. He also checked the toilet to see if the water flow was o.k. and it was. Next I went out to Home Depot and purchased another wide spread faucet. Called Joe and he came out to install it. He is very courteous and efficient. He answered all of my questions. I would definitely hire Phill's Plumbing again."

"Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. Both he and Alan were great and professional and did great work and clean up. .Would absolutely hire again and recommend . So glad I found them. "A first time apartment owner and landlord, I needed major plumbing services within the first 6 months of ownership. The first time was a series of gas leaks which were quickly repaired by Western Rooter. The second time was the significant work of adding 2 gas meters and the requisite task of re-routing/adding gas piping. I simply cannot recommend Daniel Westereng and Western Rooter enough. Although the owner John came out to assist in the final bid, Daniel and I worked consistently with SoCal Gas to coordinate the improvements. Daniel was quick to return texts, calls, e-mails and worked diligently with all the parties to get the job done. If you need a plumber, save time and call Western Rooter. "The technician arrived on time, was extremely professional and very patient taking time to answer my questions regarding what I should be doing as a homeowner to maintain my system. <br /> He started by sticking his head in the opening of my attic to look at the ducts & assessed what could/should be replaced. Then he inspected my AC unit, assessed its age and "state", opened the electrical panel to review the wiring, checked the refrigerant/flow and explained the basics of maintenance. We ended up going inside to look at the air filter and while their he conducted a similar inspection on my furnace. While my AC was running he used a surface thermometer to read temps at several of my registers. He took the time to explain how to clean my coil with a hose from the outside of the condenser and to take care not to use too high pressure. <br /> In the end he made suggestions feel genuine and not like some high pressure sales tactic. Even though Excel Air missed a few things from the package I would use the company again and would even recommend them to friends with the caveat to make sure you know what services are to be rendered before they arrive (and not after like I did). <br />"

"They came out promptly, which was great, because I was unable to use my kitchen sink. They fixed the problem (replaced the rusted garbage disposal) for a reasonable fee without any upselling. It can be very difficult to get Angie's List providers to make calls in South Los Angeles, even when it is advertised as being within their area. It was nice to work with a local company that was glad to have my business. I would definitely call them again for future plumbing needs."
