We are family owned full service handyman service and Licensed General Contractor that does 90% of the work myself. On occasion I will have someone with me to aid in assistance. I always ensure the quality and take pride in my work. I am a licensed business owner, bonded and insured. I believe in “flat rate” pricing for the client versus an hourly rate, that way the client knows exactly the cost up front. An exception is for small assembly work, we have an hourly rate. Building codes call for a window well that sits at least eight inches below the bottom of the window and extends six inches past each side. A quick way to get the minimum dimensions is to add 12 inches to the window’s width and eight inches to its height.
