"We had already spent 2 days going though everything Home Depot had to offer for our clogged drain. It continued to get worse until there was standing water in our tub and everything from all other sources (sinks, washer, toilet, etc) was pushing water up through the tub drain. I was worried we wouldn't be able to get anyone to come out on a Saturday. My initial call was around 8:30 am and went to voicemail, but as I was leaving a message they were calling me back. I had taken the kids out of the house to keep them from flushing toilets and running water, so I wasn't home to see how it was resolved and can't speak to those specific items. What I can say is that our water usage was back to normal within 2 hours of Marc showing up. He also said that if we use their service in the future he would be the one to return unless it was another emergency call and another plumber was on call. I like that this company will send out the same person, as that helps keep things consistent and cuts down the time in explaining previous work. I hope I don't need a plumber for a long time, but when I do I will call Will's Plumbing again."
